New Millenium did a great job
I had been having problems with my Dell XPS laptop (Vista locking up, etc) and I had pretty much exhausted all of my options. I tried running some programs that some forums recommended, like HijackThis, and AdAware, but they didn't seem to help much. I even tried to talk with Dell tech support but I had my ear talked off by some freakin' person in India who couldn't even help me that much... So, I googled for some tech support in my area, and New Millenium came up. I called and the guy I talked to was available the next day to come out and have a look. In about an hour, he had my laptop running really smooth, like the day I got it, and I have to say I've never been more grateful for computer help! If you're in the middle TN area and you need computer help these are the guys to call for sure. Reasonably priced too.

Network Services' (NMNS) Customer Service Representatives are knowledgable experts in their field. Their CS Rep stayed on the phone with me until my home wireless network was up and running to my liking. Never once did they become irritated with my lack of computer knowledge. Although I am out of the general service area, I would recommend NMNS to any of my friends for all of their at home wireless needs.

When I called to make an appointment they asked what would be a good time to come over, I said noon because I would be home for lunch. They told me they would be here at noon. To my surprise, they did not give me a time frame in which they would be here; they said they would send a technician over at noon, the next day. Unlike the phone or cable company they were here 10 minutes before the scheduled time and had the work completed within the hour.

I'm not really a computer person so I decided to call someone to install my wireless home network. When the technician arrived, he sat down with me and showed me step by step how to install and secure my wireless connection. Most companies just come and go with little or no personal interaction, not New Millennium Network Services; they listened to what I had to say and took the time to help me understand what they were doing.
